New York cheese cake is a type of baked cheese cake, and it contains the cheese as a 50% of the total ingredients. Therefor it is very rich in flavor.
At Bagelier, we use fresh Philadelphia cream cheese for this cake. Although normal New York cheese cake contains heavy cream, we do not use cream in this product.
