Bacon & Egg
Toasted bagel sandwich with crispy bacon and fluffy scrambled egg. Enjoy this hot breakfast with Bagelier's plain bagel.
<Recipe>
- Plain Bagel x 1
- Bacon x 1 rash
- Egg x 1
- Milk or Cream x 1 tbs
- Butter x 1 tsp
- Place bacon on a frying pan. Turn on the heat and grill over low heat until crispy.
- Beat egg with milk (or cream) in a bowl. Season.
- Melt butter in another frying pan, and pour egg mixture. Scramble with wooden spoon or silicon spatula until just cooked.
- Slice bagel horizontally and toast.
- Arrange scrambled egg and crispy bacon on bagel.
Enjoy with tomato, bbq, or any of your favorite sauces. Just with freshly cracked black pepper is also great.
